Today I called Jon at the PartsRack to order a part for my GTS and even though its Monday, I get a return call back within 20 minutes after he checks stock. Not only does he have the part, he tells me how to fix the broken part I have and loose the sale. WOW, how many sales people do you know like this? I bought the part anyway and have always enjoyed buying from Jon in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks again Jon and you can reply now with that avatar showing the replica of mine!!!!!

Jon, I never noticed that hole before and I know Olivier Beretta never missed a shift like the Ferrari driver did. At least he never admitted it to me. Take care, Mark.
