Need Winter 2007 Viper magazine

Unfortunately, Viper magazine lost my subscription information, and by the time they got it fixed, they failed to send me Vol.13 #1. This is Winter 2007 with the Las Vegas meet featured. The magazine staff agree they owe me the issue, but claim they have no more copies. So I am willing to buy a copy. Hopefully someone out there has a copy they would be willing to sell.

What do you think is a fair price? The magazine sells back issues for $6.00 each. I would think $12.00 including postage is fair.
