Tried the new wax on the viper today. it was easy to apply and ****** to remove. i don't recommend it. Meguiar's gold classic is much better.

hmmm...I've had good results with the Tech Wax..maybe your car needs to be clayed? I've found the paste version much better than the liquid bottle one.

I really didn't like it. In fact, it was so difficult to remove I used the Gold Classic to put over the tech wax. At that point it was easier to remove. I only did the hood, and that was enough for me. (note: it was not applied in sunlight, i waxed the car while parked in the garage)

I'll stick to the Gold Classic.

The first coat is a pain to remove then the second and after are very easy to remove. I will use nothing else.

I find it so interesting that so many people swear by so many different waxes....There are many waxes that are great...Mothers, Zaino, and Zymol...all produce AMAZING results.....Mothers being the cheapest of the 3...won't smell pretty like Zymol and Zaino, but cheaper.

Tech wax went on my SRT after claying. Very easy on and very easy off. Used a orbital to put it on, and off by hand.

Interesting post by Dan. I have used liquid glass on and off for 30 years. My Dad showed it to me. Never found anything better. You can build up coat after coat, and the gloss just keeps getting deeper. Cleans well too.Think I'll go get a can.

Got a whole cabinet of polishing stuff.

I agree Paul, the more coats the deeper the shine and repellent protection. Easy on, easy off, immediate results at $10 a can nothing can touch it.
