Awesome! looks like I'll have another shot at New Paltz

From the Gilded Otter there is a really cool twisty road up the hill (county rt 6/Mountain Rest Rd) - maybe we can create a post-brunch loop out that way? I've driven that rt-6 from town up to Mohonk Mountain house several times but don't know the rest of the area - anyone from up that way have additional thoughts on the area? Anyone know anything about rt-213 and Springtown rd/rt-7 ? Those look like they would loop us back to the Gilded Otter

I hope everyone had a drink for me! I'm always proud of you Adrian! Grandma Byrd is too. You know if I wasn't up North the rain wouldn't have stopped me from joining the group. There's probably rain in the forecast for most weekends, it's southern new england and if you don't like the weather, just wait a moment. So if we only went out when there was no rain in the forecast, we have hardly any Viper events. As a famous basketball player once said, he misses 100% of the shots he doesn't take. My take is a little rain makes things more interesting. As usual, great pics Ed. That little otter shows up everywhere. Kudos to Courtney also, for all those pics while driving.
