I have 2008 ACR and I have been trying without success to get rid of error codes I am having. I have replaced the O2 sensor, added one, then two de-foulers and the only code that keeps coming up is P0037. Need some advice. This has become a quest to make it go away

Let's start with a mod list. Troubleshooting a car with a stock exhaust is a little different than if you have headers/aftermarket cats/etc.

Yeah, I was thinking similar. It's entirely possible your harness has a fault in it due to touching a header pipe or something, so it wouldn't matter if the sensor is good if the harness has damage somewhere.
