Oil pressure and Oil Temp gauges, mechanical or electric?

On a Gen 4, are the oil temp and oil pressure gauges electronic or mechanical? Are they tied into the vehicles computer and can they be read with the correct scan tool?

Yes, they are electronic and can be read with a scan tool.
