i have checked my front o2 sensors and have discovered they are both NTK however they have different numbers embossed on them.
from memory when they were bought the plugs are both correct however 1 of them had a large 3" grommet on the wiring obviously from a different model car.

will this cause the car to miss, buck etc under 3,000 miles?

it is a 99 gts.

the number on one of them is 56041212

there are no letters after it, do you know if the letters make a difference ?

The 56041212 does not change to the 56041212AE in the Chrysler parts book, I would put the sensor in your car.Not sure what the difference is.
