Has anyone changed out the rear parking brake assembly? I would like to dis-assemble and re-assemble the parking brake to transfer between different sets of rear calipers.

The manual gives no information. I removed the 11mm nut but starting to having second thoughts. Any insight here would help.

TIA

The parking brake is part of the service brake caliper; you cannot separate them. The engage-disengage parts for the parking brake are swimming in the brake fluid inside the caliper.

The reason you can't find it in the manual is because Dodge doesn't want you to repair them. At least the non-ABS version (and I assume the ABS version also) come direct and special from a supplier (Brembo makes the early version) and even Dodge doesn't sell any parts. You get to buy a whole new caliper just to replace a dust boot. Lucky for you, though, the ABS caliper is inexpensive (around $100 I think) while the non-ABS caliper is ~$500 for one.
