Just bought my SECOND Corsa and RT hi-flo cat package from Jon, and he BLASTED all other deals!

Must have been that RUDE Monday clearance special!

On a prior order sent me a $20 back-up switch I needed, absolutely FREE!

I only communicate via email.......sounds nice to me! LOL!!!!

This post comes at a great time (IMO) because of all the "mud slinging" at Jon but its not suprise to me Jon always comes through even when its not Rude mondays or Grumpy thursday or terrible tuesday or furious friday or seriously pisst off saturday or son of a ***** sunday or even wasted wednsday and maybe even on a horrible holiday, possibly on a vexed vacation. ok im gonna gibe it up now lol.

Don't you just love calling a vendor, credit card in hand, ready to make a purchase and on the other end of the phone you get the "why the F are you calling me again" attitude? Don't you all know how busy Mondays are? Anyone?

I love it that I can call Jon or e-mail him and the parts show up the next day even if I didn't speak with him in person. Once I e-mailed him and said "would it be possible to have X here tomorrow" and it was there before I'd even returned his call back to me!

JonB rocks.

When I got the wrong and missing part for my catback jonB took care of it. Although I plan on not doing too much mods for her, guess who I gonna call for parts when I need one.....jonB :2tu:

There is one problem with these Monday Madness sales - it will increase sales volume, which is already the issue right? At least on Mondays?

JonB might get even more grumpier on Mondays, and what the hell will he do with all the additional sales calls?

Maybe a Tuesday madness sale is the way to go! It'll move some of the Monday madness to Tuesday, and viola, happier JonB, happier customers, and life is good, no?

I was especially rude to ViperRusselli yesterday and he THANKED me for it! He said he did not want to feel left out and called for some abuse. I cant win. Pre-vacation rudeness I guess. 1st vacation since 6/99. [ My "vacation" is a Viper trip to Detroit . . . stay tuned! ]

I got even tho: I got his lady to give me HER credit card #...just in time for my vacation. HAH ! Now I have BOTH their credit cards, their ship is goin' down........(I hope he's not one of those D.C Shark Lawyer-Types.)

Now, LEAVE ME THE F ALONE ! (til 10/5 please. If you leave a message, I will retreive them and call before then IF NEEDED. Or, call DanC or ChuckT )

Apparently--I found out last night over dinner--my wife had called Jon earlier in the day to order me a Quaife differential as a gift for our wedding anniversary. (Do I have the BEST wife or what? This is the same woman whose first words when she saw my car after I bought a guardrail at the track were: "Glad you're not hurt. Do you think you can get it fixed in time for our next event in two weeks?")

Sometime later in the day, I called up Jon for some wheel studs and lugs. After a rapid-fire technical discussion, much cursing and few quick belly laughs, I had my order placed and slammed the phone down. Whew! Here is the email Jon sent to me with the my invoice:

“Dear Russ : These NO PROFIT lug nuts and bolt sales of yours are beginning to piss me off. DON’T THINK that because I appear to enjoy talking with you, and you are a TOP-20 CUSTOMER, that you should expect friendly service. This RUDE note is so that you don’t feel LEFT OUT, you bothersome yo-yo!

Your invoice appears below. Your credit card will be billed NOTHING because I really do Thank you for your Repeat business - I appreciate it very much.

And because billing this no-profit crap is a pain in the butt...............

Please Remember: "If It Fits On Or In a VIPER.... [blah, blah, blah]"

You know, I've never had to wonder why I keep going back for REPEAT awesome service, accurate technical advise, parts galore and always the most savings (and free stuff and goodies too!). And abuse too? Hot damn! Why the hell would I ever shop anyplace else? What fun!

Thanks Jon, you bastard. Enjoy your vacation . . . to Detroit (ick), and save some room on my wife's card for when you get back. And you had better be back by Rude Monday, or I’ll call you on Post Tuesday for a price quote on every loose screw and bolt in my Viper. And of course I won't buy a damn thing.
