Philadelphia area, track? Where to go?

I would like to take my new 1999 RT/10 with hardtop to a track to race it and see what time I can get.... I feel it will be a good way to learn the limits of my car, and have fun at the same time.

Does anyone know where to go to do this? And are there any sort of safety requirements? (I hope not)...

This will be my first actual track experience, I never took my Mustang GT to any tracks.

BTW - I'm not talking about quarter mile, Im talking about an actual track, what is that called, Road Track?

They do autocross in Camden quite often. Not exactly a "road course" but better than nothing.
