Picking up my 04 SRT-10 tomorrow

Well this is it.
I'm picking up the Silver Viper tomorrow. Finally rid myself of my 02 996 Turbo. After selling my Silver and Blue stripe GTS 2 years ago I really missed the Viper. I've come full circle. Even my daughter cried when I got rid of the GTS, I nearly did.

If someone will let me know how to post a pic I'll do it tomorrow.

What are the new things on the 04?

The turbo was and is a great car. It’s two different animals. The viper looks better and I like the way it handles. The Porsche is so refined and so easy to drive that it’s not involving enough. Compared to the Viper it’s like a Caddy.
The Viper demands attention where the Porsche you can drive with one finger on the wheel. Mechanically I had no problems what so ever.

I just missed the Viper and now it’s back, I’m happy. I had a great drive home, it was nice and sunny and warm enough to have the top down. Can’t wait to break it in and really have a go with it.

The new things on the 04 are: a warning sticker that the exhaust gets hot, Carpet in the trunk and red brake callipers. That’s as far as I know.
