Pics of my 99 ACR-

Some of you may remember me posting when I bought a 99 acr at a sherrifs auction in june, and asking many questions regarding it. I fianlly am getting close to getting it done and would like to thank everyone on this board for their help. I would have been lost without it. I plan on becoming a vca member as it is well worth the cost.
Here are a couple of pics I took today.
The exhaust system is next. Belanger headers and randomtech exhaust.

I remmeber when you posted this ACR pic. Man looks like a totally different car. You did a great job on it bro.

They did a great job re-aligning that hood. Glad to see your rear is lower on the driver's side like mine. That issue is still on my list of fixes but it is nice to see other cars have same issue and it is not just me. I really think getting the driver's rear up will help with threshhold braking since the passenger front is what locks up first. You STOLE that car Garwood.

Thanks Guys- It hasen't been easy or cheap. I put at least another $10 into it and am not done.

01SaphireGTS- I live in Bensalem, Pa.
BTW- is there any Viper events ever in this area? Does anyone from around here ever get together for a drive and brewski? I have checked the board but everything seems to be happening in Florida, California, or N.Y.

Your car looks great, and the sweet deal you got on it is another added bonus.

Quick question: why didn't your painter continue the stripes under the rear bumper cover past the exaust to the end of the bumper cover?

I do like the added pin stripes next to the 'main stipes'.

That is what he was supposed to do. When I picked the car up he explained some kind of cockeyed reason that it wouldn't have looked right and I was too exited to start bitchin about it.

How far are you from Harrisburg & Lancaster. I have heard of Bucks county but don't really know where it is.

We have about 6 or 7 vipers in Central PA that get together frequently.

I did a 200 mile trip Saturday morning to Shamokin and back up RT 125 and some other back roads just for the fun of it.

In the rear view pic you posted you can tell the car is lower on the driver's side than the passenger side. Mine is just like that even though I have lowering springs. Whenever I see parked GTS Vipers I check this out and it seems to be a chronic trait, but mine (and yours too) seem to be about as extreme as I have seen. Measure from the ground to the top of the wheel-well arch and the driver's side is probably over a half inch lower.

i am right over the bridge in cherry hill area. once i put in my motor mounts we can get together. they is an event held at the cherry hill mall over sundy evenings thats fun. alot of muscle cars all hang out to show there rides then play alitte on some very secluded side streets. I dont do the street racing but it cant hurt to watch from a safe distance you know!
