So, you Hot-Lapped your Supercharged or Twin Turbo Viper, and even while keeping the boost down and IATs in check, you still had a high Knock Sum. This is an all too common problem that has cost many people their engines. Your piston temperatures were more than likely the root cause of your problem. Up until now, it was a fact of Viper Life that you were forced to live with. Most high-performance engines and race engines available these days use this technology, and for good reason- the addition of Oil-Jets keep your pistons cooler, and increases cylinder wall oiling.

Our Oil Jets have integral check valves to prevent lowering your idle oil pressure, and will not begin to cool the pistons until ~40 PSI of oil pressure has been exceeded, which is roughly off-idle for most Viper engine builds.

To have this work done, we will require your engine block & crankshaft at a minimum, though we recommend sending at least one of your rod and piston of choice as well, as you will likely need to tweek the jet aim yourself if you do not.

Pricing starts at 2195.00 for Parts and Machine Work, plus disassembly/assembly if needed. Crank Balancing will be required, and is charged on a case-by-case basis if requested to be done here. Short-Block assembly/full engine builds available.

Available for Gen-2, Gen-3 and Gen-4. Gen-1 is a possibility, but I do not have a test engine to try an installation- [contact me if interested in being a tester for Gen-1 at a discount]
