We expect to get our 2008 in a month or so. We always put clear bras on our cars. Can you put the plastic on the area between the wheel and below the door? Is the heat from the exhaust too high? Thanks

Vincy, you can go about 1 foot or so behind the wheel well with no problems. It should stop right around the front facing edge of the door.

I have 3M on the complete side sills front to back since day one. No problems. Most of the local guys do the same thing and no problems. I also did the area behind the rear tires.
