Production numbers for RT/10s...

Howdy Folks,
I'm hoping someone out there can help me! I've been searching for some time to determine the production numbers for my vehicle... It's a 1996 RT/10 with the mustard/ketchup scheme. Looking at the VIN info on this site didn't list ANY 1996 RTs with yellow wheels. Did every red RT come with yellow wheels? I didn't think that was the case, but that's the only conclusion I've been able to draw thusfar.

Fletcher, all 96 RT-10's painted red had the yellow wheels, yellow decal on the side of the clamshell hood, red steering wheel, emergency brake handle and shifter knob.
