Purchasing wheels from Florida.

I'm in Wisconsin and planning to buy a set of Gen III wheels from Steve Sek down in Palm Beach Florida as advertised here on the board. Does anyone know Steve or am I sending my cash to an unknown VCA member. I don't mean to be rude to Mr. Sek, but this is a cash transaction and I'd like to know that the seller is legit.

Any info would be useful.
