Getting the anode cap or what?!?

I'm still confused...I have read all the posts 3 times. and am still trying to grasp the subject. I thought this might be a easy answer.

My take away from this is don't use the cap, use distilled water & DexCool, flush, fill and drive often then repeat. I'm so excited after reading this thread that I'm heading out to the garage and flushing out my coolant.
