Really losing my patience with Dodge....

Anyone ever attempted to get a refund on their extended warranty after selling a car before warranty expiration? I am now waiting on nearly 4 months after sending mine in through the dealer. Unless the dealer is BSing me they should have sent it in long ago and I should have gotten some response. Several times I got the "give it a few more weeks". Now, the dealer will not respond to my faxes or e-mails. Anyone else ever get this run around?

Agreed- I have cancelled 3 Viper extended warranties, the ones that I cancelled without using the dealer went much better. Your extended warranty should say something to the effect of "if you don't live near the dealer anymore or the dealer is not in business anymore, call 800-...."
