Rear suspension noise & head light & dash go black??

I own a 2003 srt with only 3700 miles on it. I had a rear cv boot/joint replace about 3 weeks ago and now it's making the same awfull noise. any one going through this?? I was crusing home one night and my dash and head light just turned off about 6 times the dealer say's the recall has been fixed and the computer isn't registering any code. Any ideas? the dealer has no clue, I need help it's starting to piss me off. I've only had the car for 5 months and I love it but the problems are taking the fun out of it.

I had my computer re-flashed the first time and the headlights were fine for about a month or two, then it started again. I had the dealer do a re-re-flash and it's been fine ever since.

The clunking in the back is normal for an SRT-10. Mine is very minor now that I got rid of the run-flats.
