Just wanting to see if mine is an isolated case or what:
I get out and lock the viper using the remote...Come back and press the remote button to disarm/unlock and it does not work. Each time I have had to unlock the back window, reach in and open using the emergency release (at which time the alarm goes off), get in and use the key reset in the glovebox. I replaced the battery in the remote after the first time, but it did not apparently help.
I am sure the neighbors didn't like the alarm going off at 1:30am Sunday morning
Any of you have the same issue and how did you correct? Think it is as simple as a loose wire somewhere?
