Headers - expect the car to be very loud if you go with the 3 inch pipes, 4 inch dumps. Mine was done by Hennesey. Also get a lot of re-verb in a GTS that can get annoying. I live with it and love the "LOUD"- softened it a bit by lining the trunk with material they use for making scuba divung suits.

Roller Rockers - gives the car a very nice "cam" effect - with the change in ratio the valve gets pushed in a little further causing increase in overlap which results in a nice lumpy cam sound at idle. Not sure about the horsepower gain - go to Hennesey's website - it may be there. I think his catalogue has a listing of all the hp gains for the upgrades he sells.

I haven't dyno tested the T&D 1.7 ratio roller rockers yet, but we're getiing set up as a distributor of theirs. We'll have the sets at $1250 if you decide to go with them.

Re: headers and noise -- my car has the Belanger headers, 3" high-flow cats, and Belanger 3" exhaust. With just that setup, it was moderately loud but not at all unbearable. I added Power Effects mufflers, and it's now barely louder than stock inside the car with the mufflers in 'quiet' and only moderately louder with the mufflers opened to full flow. You can see my related post with dBA data in the Performance Modifications forum.
