Yesterday I´d like to install my RT-Cats. They doesn´t match. the OEM cats have a flex-pipe, the RT-cats didn´t. What to do now? On the picture you can see the position, which I need for exhaust-installation. I think the cats must fit for so much money...

I do not really understand why you say they do not match. Once you align them and reinstall the compliance fitting, clamp, they will mate up perfectly. It is not easy but it can be done. it helps to have a helper hold the cat in place while you slip the clamp back on and tighten it. We have installed tons of RT Cats on customers cars and they all fit perfectly. They do have a problem with the drivers side hangers breaking off under hard acceleration. I have found that changing the motor mounts and transmission mount to Poly mounts solves this problem completely. On our house car we have welded up the holes left behind by the broken hangers and left the drivers side cat hanger off completely. We now have 5000 miles on the system with no ill effects from leaving this hanger off. but changing the mounts should prevent the hanger form breaking in the first place.

Not to be a dick, but the solution to making cats fit is to replace the motor mounts? sounds a little like overkill, yah? there has to be another way... bend a hanger a little instead, perhaps?

you need to bend the hangers a bit to get the pipes to mate up, even then it's not 100%...the clamp does the rest.

You should have the hangers mount bolts loosely threaded.

Then put the pipes together and tighten the clamp....make sure the cat back is where you want it.

Then tighten the hanger bolts.

If that doesn't work you may have got a defective set of pipes.

FYI the B&B high flow cats don't even use a hanger........

I installed a set of RT cats about 3 weeks ago. I had a problem getting them to line up and the O2 sensor nearly hit the firewall... Finally I called them up to complain as the passenger side would just not line up... I was shocked to find out that they had mis-marked a bunch of their product. The "Passenger side" and "Driver side" tags were swapped!! Things fit nicely when reversed.

on the picture you can see the position I need to fit the corsa exhaust. there is noc other position possible. I take away the clamp for making a picture. The hanger is more than 1" away from the mounting position.

Joe , You are not being a dick but you know as well as I do that there have been a ton of posts regarding broken front mounts on the Rt Cats. I posted a couple of solutions that I have found work out great. Mine were aligned perfectly and I kept breaking the hanger off of the pipe until I went the overkill route and changed out the motor and tranny mounts. It solved the problem and the tranny shifts a lot easier now as there is no side to side movement of the engine and tranny.
