True but Porsche and Lambo manage to meet every single expectation of their customers. SRT managed to meet a lot, but there are still quite a few left out. I don't see a lot of "man I wish manufacturer X would have given us this". Why? Because manufacturer X already did give them "this".

Having owned 10+ Porsches over the last 12 years (still have 2 with one on order) and don't think Porsche delivers everything buyers want. But I would agree the Porsche owners are much less apt to complain.

It does sound like Porsche does do a better job of customer service than SRT. That may by the brand goodwill that SRT is missing out on?
