SCT load with error 12

I have a new MAP file from ROE and tried to load the file tonight in the ECU. The SCT has me go through a series of turning the car on and off. Looks like it tries to then load the file, then I get an ERROR 12 on the SCT.

Any ideas? I couldnt find anything on the SCT web site on this error.

Try to re-install map in SCT. Perhaps a problem with the charging
