Seat Lowering Kit ..

At what height do you think the seat lowering kit is necessary?? Do you think its a good mod even if your only 6 '?

I think you might like a 1" drop. I have that in my car, you're welcome to come over and test it out.

It's a very personal decision. I'm 6'3" and I fit in my GTS with the stock seats. I'm more comfortable with the seat lowered, but my primary motivation was making room to wear a helmet.

i did it on mine, I'm only little over 6 feet. I just did the back legs on my seat, wanted the seat bottom to lean back more.

I am 6' and it helped considerably (especially in my RT w/ top on and helmet). I did the 1" seat lowering kit that still allows the seat to move up and back. Easy install also.

used the stock brackets, cut-off wheel, welder, done!!!!! I needed the support under my thighs, works well for me!!!!

I just ordered the 1'' lowering kit for both seats. I'm them for more helmet room. I'm 6'2''







2000 GTS Steel Grey
6 piston Baer claws up front, Front brakes in back, Quaife differential, GKH half shafts,
Alloy fly wheel, Short throw shifter, Polished aluminum intakes, K&N air filters,
Optima battery, Sterling silver ignition key, ACR 5 point harnesses.
