Seatbelt inertia wheel...Is it tamper proof?

Anyone know the answer to this? Has anyone ever re-webbed their seatbelts? If the inertia wheel is tamper proof, then I don't even want to deal with removing them. Hopefully Chuck Tator can chime in.

Everything comes apart! Going back together depends on how creative you are? I've cut them open but never put them back together.

I love your reply, yes, we can all DESTROY, but putting back together is another story.
