Sensor circuit high voltage

Check engine light
Codes
0138---sensor circuit high voltage (bank 1 sensor 2)
0158---sensor circuit high voltage (bank 2 sensor 2)

So I change both 02 sensors and reset the PCM. After 4 min
check engine light and same codes . What do I need to do???
Its a 97'GTS with a paxton.

1. Bad sensor.
2. Car is actually running rich.
3. A short from another 5 volt source.

Use a scan tool and look at the actual waveform and voltage, that will answer the question.
