Shifter Install Info

I know this is getting old as hell for some, but I have spent the past 90 mins looking for the post that referenced the instructions for the installation of a new shifter from the bottom without drilling out the rivets on the top. It is not the one in the "how to" section.

I took out my rivets with a Dremel tool. I did go through a little pack of discs, and took about 40 minutes but it surely beats dropping the tranny!
