Hmmmmmmmmmmm...Your car looks like the sweeeeeeeeeeet 96!!
I had my white/blue stripe 96 side sills repainted recently. They just used regular paint, you can find the PPG paint code in the FSM, but the body shop can find it also.
You can consider the following options (if your sills are yellowing);
-install High flow cats to reduce the temps in there
-paint the inside of the side sills with the VHT-1500 paint, just in the area around the cats (requires removal of the insulation)
-good time to go with the Corsa system if you are so inclined!
