Sill or outer exhaust panel

I have a yellow 1995 Canadian spec RT/10 with a damaged sill(outer exhaust panel).My local Chrysler dealer in the UK has tried to get the correct sill and two have arrived which have been the wrong part. They did not have the slots underneath and were missing the inner metal potection over the thermal insulation.Chrysler UK have said this is the only part that is available for the car. Can anyone give me the correct part number for this sill and even better a picture or drawing of the correct part showing the slots underneath because I am sure the part is available and if I can prove it to Chrysler UK they may look a bit deeper into the subject.

The original Rockers/Sills with the slots on the bottom are no longer available from DC! The new rockers have no slots in the bottom.
