When switching from the stock in dash RBQ 6-cd changer to the RB1 navigation unit, does the nav radio then take advantage of the higher power amps that the viper has built in to our stock system(i think 325 total watts) and not just the built in RB1(60 ish watts)? Has anyone noticed that the RB1 does not have the ability to go "full" volume without some distortion/speaker noise?

FWIW- When I upgraded from the RB4 to the RB1 in the truck, the sound quality and power remained (510 watts).
All speakers and sub connected properly, with no mods to connectors or cables.

Works just like stock. I'm fact I think the rb1 sounds better than the stock stereo.
