First off, had I known they existed before I bought my Viper, I guarantee it would have come from Woodhouse. All I hear is positive feedback. My dealers around here know nothing about the Viper or parts for it. Every Dodge Dealer needs to be like Woodhouse.

Anyways I just ordered and recieved a set of Moton Club Sports and Eibachs with helper springs. He answered so many questions and I felt he would have stayed on the phone with me for hours If needed. Gave me specs and ride height recomendations etc. Then on another call with me, was kind enough to get me all the part # 's for fluids for tranny,rear end,brake etc. Because, again, my dealer has NO clue. It was truly a pleasure ordering from him. If I ever need anything and they carry it, Im ordering from Woodhouse. And when its time to Order that new Viper, its coming from Bill at Woodhouse. Its not too often that I commend someone, but they deserve it.
Thanks again to Mark and the Woodhouse team.

Ok, so now its time to get these Moton's installed.

I also just wanted to chime in with praise for Bill @Woodhouse...he stayed on the phone with me, we private chatted, and as you said, Mike---seemed he had all the time in the world, made me feel like a special customer--tho truth to tell, we did not buy anything at the time...he still made time to private message me again...we really enjoyed our talks!!!
This is a first-rate person and I'm sure the service that's been raved about IS the best...he, along with our Chuck Tator in our neck of the woods are THE best.

For the Kansas City Club: They supported our Zone Rendezvous at the Kansas Speedway and our charity events for Big Brothers/Big Sisters each year. It's a big deal! Many members of our club drive Woodhouse vehicles - and not just Vipers either.
For my family: 2000, 2003, and now 2005 Vipers all from Bill Pemberton.
A great experience from the gang each and every time!

I have to chime in ... Bought my VOI 9 Coupe with the wing and splitter package from Woodhouse. Bill P was awesome to deal with. Had Mark add Corsa Track exhaust. He did a great job, workmanship etc. Of late, he found my stock system and shipped them to me. I bug Mark with my dumb questions a bunch and he always responds and is helpful above and beyond the call. This is my fourth Viper, the fifth will come from the great folks at Woodhouse!!! You folks be safe out there ....
