Split plastic near heat shield for cats

I removed the side sills this weekend to replace the
cats and noticed a small spot above the pipes
where the body panel joins the bottom. It appears
the heat has weakened the glue allowing a small
seam to appear.

Is there a glue I can use to re-attach this?
Since I've put on the new cats, the heat in this
area is dramatically reduced, at this point I
think the insulation was not properly installed
since it didn't happen on the other side.
