Swaybar link interchangeable?

Does anyone know if the Gen I and Gen II swaybar links are interchangeable? Dealer wants 175+ and they are on back order unless someone else can provide some info to get them a lot cheaper?

If anyone doesn't know what it looks like heres an example...
