I'm 6'6". When I test drove a 2001 RT, I dialed all the pedals back and rode w/ the top off. No prob.

With the top on, I had to hunch over. However, with the clutch pedal adjustment linkage and the 2" seat lowering kit, I'm very confident that I'll be at least as comfortable as I am in my Camaro.

Now, if only they had a cruise control aftermarket so that I wouldn't get tickets...

I'm 6'4 and 1/2 and the first time i got in my Viper 4 yrs ago, I thought I would never get out. It is a learned and easy art. I have never done any lowering or any other adjustments and can report no problems after 39k miles. Good luck

You will find the most uncomfortable part of the Viper is the lack of a dead pedal. I am 6'4"+ and can deal with everything but where to put my feet. You have to stick your foot behind the clutch if you want to stretch your legs.

A VERY SMALL price to pay to own and drive the best.

You have the right idea now, go get in a Viper with adjustable pedals, you will be surprised at the room, but I promise that when you get out on the road for your test drive, you will feel very bad about waiting so long to get in one!!
I am 6'5" and have a '97 GTS, I originally planned on getting a seat lowering kit, but once I put the pedals all the way back, seat all the way back, there was no need for the kit. Although, Dirk hit it on the head with the problem with stretching out. The only place for your foot is behind the clutch. Maybe a lowering kit would help with that?
Please let us know how your first test drive went. And please, please, start slow on your test drive, this is a Viper!!
