Funny...

One of my sensors was replaced soon after I took delivery. I stopped by my local " 5 star dealer " to have the sensor calibrated so that the low tire light would shut off. After many confused looks, one of the main service technicians was called from the back. He then insisted that I pop my trunk so that he could retrieve the calibration magnet located alongside the spare tire.

I had to call Woodhouse to walk them through the procedure... they never were able to calibrate the new sensor. I had to travel to another dealer about an hour away.

most dealers that sell vipers are not Certified Viper Dealers. ASK TO SEE THEIR CERTIFICATION.

Chuck Tator is the real deal and is happy to help anyone out even when he does not make money on all our emails and phone calls.

You are #1 Chuck
