Been a long time but today it started to resemble a viper engine again. if i can get my valve covers back from my buddy thats powdercoating them, it would be closed up. the radiator is actually in but not in this picture.

next week , i gotta drill some big holes for the intercooler tubes, install plugs, heat shields, wires and finish a bunch of small things in the engine compartment and then start working on the fascia.

maybe 3 weeks away from firing it up.. :)

Lookin' GREAT!

Now go get your 7/16" socket and turn over ALL of those darn T-bolt clamps! The one on the Y pipe is going to get _really_ close to the hood. the other ones (TB's, for example) will look nicer if you can't see 'em.

Looking at your set-up, i'm reminded of how well DLM over-engineered that system. Man it's nice!

I second NAPA. And if you are gonna use an impact or a power-tool to install them, put a little bit of anti-sieze on the threads... you'll thank yourself should you ever loosen/remove the clamp.

Damn you Phil!! :D I am leaving mine alone this summer but next winter is when mine will transformed. Am having all forged internals put in and then a Paxton setup like you have and I cannot wait! Very nice setup, post #'s when you get them.

You've got till Tuesday before rain comes in on Wedsnday Phil! I spent most of the day just cleaning my car. So nice out, love this 60 degree weather in Jersey!

You did a great job! That's not easy to put one together from scratch. Your going to have a blast! Let me know what kind of numbers you get.

JD is a terrific asset to the Viper community; always willing to help any of us in need. Your a good man JD!!

Keep up the great work guys!

For the record, I learned EVERYTHING I know from the support and encouragement of DLM. If it weren't for he and his support, I'd have never had the b@lls to start working on my own motor.

Thank you DLM!

Looking Great there Plum!

Make sure to keep to the 3 week deadline as NY/CT will NOT accept a season without you!

£1.31 - £10.19 is the price range for the different sizes.. VAT is at +17.5%
It is approx $1.86 to the pound at the moment..

But I'm sure you can get them alot cheaper in the USA.....
