Chuck's Annual BBQ Event will be held at the Saratoga Automobile Museum - ergo “Tatortoga”
110 Avenue of the Pines
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Cruise in an spend the day on the gorgeous grounds of this historic museum. Parking on the actual museum lawn grounds (cut grass) will be made available.
$20 for adults $10 for children under 12
Includes BBQ Lunch and admission to the Museum

Meeting times and locations for all the regions will be posted during the week before this "famous annual event".

Unfortunately This is the same day as my family reunion. I was looking forward to this event BIG TIME.....Figures I had to have a conflict. DAMN. I hope there are lots of pics! Enjoy guys...

I'm out guys. My son is leaving for camp Sunday morning and Pattie will kill me if I take him away for the day. I could leave him home, but that just wouldn't be right.

Just so there's no misinformation, in the past NE and NY/CT utilized Tator Dodge's BBQ as a National Subsidy Joint Zone Event which qualifies it for a $500 stipend to help defray a small part of Chuck Tator's costs (which were upwards of $7-8G's). NY/CT also contributed additional funds towards the BBQ (as well as NE as far as I am aware), but all the club's contributions (and natioal stipend) never accounted for more than maybe 20%-25% of the total cost of each year's event (not accounting for the dealership's down time and additional less apparent costs).

This year's event is not being sponsored by Tator's Dodge. The NY/CT Region is subsidizing A PORTION of the costs. We've invited all the other regions in our zone to participate(NE, DE and Ontario).

The cost of $20 per person ($10 for children 12 and under) is for the catered lunch, the club's one day membership in the museum (required to use their facilities) and all participant's museum admission (which I believe is $7PP).

I hope this makes all of the "accounting" clear to everyone. We simply figured that $20 is a reasonable cost for most members. If anyone has disagrees, please don't hesitate to let me or any of the other NY/CT officers know. :2tu:

damn I really wish I could make this! I've missed on the wizards BBQ so many times and now it's even far north. Damn provisional licenses. :p
