The General Rides Again

I just got my MOPAR Magazine [Sept/Oct 05] and on page 57 there is a picture of a Comp Coupe #01 painted as the General Lee:

"The General Rides Again"
Janni and Henry Cone from Raleigh, NC are the proud owners of this General Lee Viper Competition Coupe from the "Dukes of Hazzard" TV series fame. Janni is a past president of the Carolinas Chapter of the VCA. The car was originally painted as the General Lee by the first owner. After taking possession of the car, Henry Cone wanted to have it painted white, but Janni prevailed and the car sports its Dukes paint scheme to this day.

henry could get all dressed up as one of the characters, in a straw hat, overalls, etc., and janni could get dressed up as daisy duke!

I am not so sure that it still sports the Dukes theme, other than the orange. Janni & Car (Henry driving):

Henry painted over the Rebel flag that was on the roof of the car. It also had the 01 numbers on the car before.
