Any one know what configuration we will be running at Thunderhill?? Someone told me that there is a corkscrew type turn (like Laguna seca) which is not as fun as the bypass.

Anyone?? Anyone??

there's no "corkscrew" @ TH.
there is "the cyclone". it's turn 5, and is the "signature" turn of the track, just like the corkscrew is for LSIR.
there is also a bypass configuration, which eliminates going up and over the cyclone.
I can't speak for ViperDays though I believe in the past the full track config was used (no bypass).
personally, I find the bypass Much less fun than the cyclone, besides being much scarier. the bypass creates a 'weirded out blind braking' zone before going quite off camber. whereas the cyclcone is just an awesome rush everytime.

shiny side up

Viper Days is DRIVING SCHOOL and utilizing this corner. It teaches the driver car control and the neccesity of keeping their eyes UP!!!!
Come to the track and experience the Viper on the track and learn how to drive safely at speed!
