A question for those of you with experience/knowledge in road racing a Viper: What tire pressures do you recommend cold and/or what do you hope for coming off the track?

I'm running a '96 GTS with 305/35 and 335/30 tires.

Thanx

Share a bit more on your setup and you'll get some good answers... tire brand/model, suspension setup details, etc.

Will this be HPDE-type driving?

IF you have't been on track before, put them at the manufacturers suggested inside driver door. If you have been on track before put them at manufacturers suggested inside driver door. Generally, you want to run the upper end of what the manufacturer suggests to reduce heat, the more round the tire, the less heat. Call John Archer if you want to get more complicated than that, he services NRRA cars including ACR, ACR-X, comp coupes, and daily drivers.
