Hey tanked, last week I saw a car with BOHICA2. I happen to have a friend whose "biker name" is BOHICA so I know this stands for "Bend Over Here I Come Again." Pretty funny he had to add the 2 on the end. Sounds like the little old lady who screens the plates at the DMV missed that one.
