Anybody know why I don't have the access and features of my Venom membership?

I dont think you get any added benefits on the website from Venom (vs. regular VCA membership). Do you mean you can't get in the VCA Member only areas?

I was pretty much just wanting to add an avatar but cant even though I'm a Venom member. Who do I contact?

PM one of the mods. I had the same problem at first, they just have to make sure you're checked off as having VCA member privs. They are pretty quick about this.

i dont know why you cant download an avatar in your control panel. ??? have you tried it and it doesnt work or you dont know how to do it period? LMK.

There was a small problem with the configuration of your profile, which we fixed, so you can upload an avatar now. Let us know what color your car is so we can set up your Venom tag!
