I am new here and I am sure that this question will be considered stupid by some, however I will ask anyway.

I have had 16 Corvette's over the past 35 years.
My last Vette was a 1967 427/435 Marina Blue convertible.
This is my first Viper.

The question I have is there any site location where I can find the total number of 2002 Vipers built and in addition where there VIN numbers start and end.

Thank in advance.

Welcome to the dark side. How do you like the viper compared to your vettes? Do a search for your answer. I think I remember seeing that thread pop up a month or so ago. Good luck with your snake.

Makara The Viper is really a lot like the old Vettes.
You can feel the power and the torque.

Quite a few of my buddies have new Vettes, which are a lot more refined and very nice cars but they don't have the raw feeling of power. I immediately changed the exhaust system so the Viper would sound a bit louder. ( 3" Corsas and removed the cats )
My Vette had a 411 rear end and the Viper will soon have a 355 or a 373.
The Viper even has a few rattles in it so I feel quite at home.

My overall Viper experience is more than could have expected.
The car is trully a joy and a pleasure.

I purchased the Viper from a friend who owns a dealership and I could have had a 2003 but the body style of the 2002 is what I wanted. I am very happy I deceided on the 2002.

Eddie thank you very much for you information.
I am sure I will ask a few more stupid questions because I know nothing about Vipers. If all my questions are answered in this manner by you gentlemen it is going to be a pleasure to be on this board.

Another vette gone viper guy...aren't we all! Congrat's on the new torque monster!

Do you prefer S/C's or Nitrous?! (Careful...either answer's gonna cost you $$$!)

Then comes question 2. Do you prefer single or duel superchargers? Nitrous or nitrous and propane?
