LOLOLOL

It was a freaking POS joke first time it was made fun of on here. And to clue you in on something, it is still a POS.

you have to admit that it would be damn hard for the average person to think that wasnt a gts with some nasty wheels, save for looking at the engine bay, from the pics alone at least. thats a pretty awesome replica.

That thing needs some better wheels and a new shifter in the worst way. It would fool 90% of the people out there if those two things were fixed. But why spend 100k on a replica? Oh well.

I wonder what happened? That car met reserve not that long ago on ebay, yet it still is for sale. With the right set of wheels, the car would fool a lot of people.

I think it is the fact he stresses it is assembled and a 8 cylinder. I bet last person bought it, changed mind, then decided to back out.

I think you guys are missing the point here. It says that the car was designed to be a prototype, which is always way, way, way more expensive than the cars built after it. I am sure the kits would have sold for a few grand like other kits which people could stick on their camaro's, or a turn key car could be had for $20K + donor car, just like many other kit cars.

I don't think a Viper is a great kit car as the value of a viper isn't as high as a Ferrari or Lamborghini or one of the other typical kit cars. If you spend $10K on a Camaro and $20K on a the turnkey portion of it, you could have gone out and purchase an early Gen I viper just about.
