For medium heat stay around 1500rpm, if you like your food well done rev the engine to 2500...Enjoy...

So if I just let it run at idle, does it work more like a crock ***? Will I find it takes me longer to cook since I only have an 8.0 ltr.

Or you can just keep the car at idle and it shakes everything into an omelet. :D

No tailgate but still a grill. Vipers can do almost anything these days.
