Does anyone know if you can still buy a new viper office chair or of anyone wanting to sell a nice used one?

the original ones were made by johnson controls. maybe their website?

We advertised the last new ones over a year and half ago. Johnson Controls donated the last of them to one of the Dodge Nascar teams and they were selling them to raise funds for the team (unfortunately the team did not come back for the '03 season). They sold the last of them to a company in New York City that does high end office interior decorating.
I sort of doubt they will make any from the Gen III seats as they had so much trouble selling the ones made from the Gen II seats. If I remember right they were like $1500 +/- If I run out of money to finish my shop.... maybe I'll sell mine
