I'm going to Daytona Beach, FL w/some friends and family for Labor Day weekend. Daytona is one of the few beaches you can drive on around here. I'm really wanting to drive my Snake on the beach some, but was wondering if there could be any negative side effects of having it in the sand (although the sand in the driving lanes is heavily packed). If I do drive it on the beach, should I take any precautions before I do and is there anything I should do once I get back home to make sure no harm is done?

very easy to get it on there. i had mine on this may. i just found a nice entrance to it and drove on. drive slow as the sand shoots all up on the sills. but other than THAT...HAVE FUN.

wash under the car as much as ya can. there is a DIY car wash right near the entrances.

Main st in Dayotona has almost as much salt and sand as the beach. lol As long as you wash it real good after words, no worries.

I wouldnt either. When i was stationed in VA Beach, we used to take our cars down to the beach. Sand would get everywhere including the interior - how it got in the interior was beyond me.
