I picked up a Nikon D90 and took some pics of the Viper. The camera takes amazing pics. I am no photographer and have it set to full auto and still amazed by the color and clarity. It is going to take some time to learn manual adjustments but for now I am very happy with the picture quality.

Here are a few.

I just bought a Rebel XSi and am busy trying to learn it. My Konica Minolta worked great and I was happy with it ... until I dropped it a couple feet and it broke.

I replaced it with the Canon DSLR for pics and bought an Olympus 550uz for video.

This DSLR is going to take some learning for sure. My Viper is Pearle so the color saturation is going to be a challenge to get right.

I took a pic this color and then the next pic (different setting) had very little Blue in the pic.

Good luck to yah!

And have fun. What's your Video resolution?

At the risk of sounding/seeming redundant, that car would look even better with an '08 hood!:2tu:

Thanks. I think the video resolution is 720p.

I have been toying with the idea for a while. I like the look but I like to look of the 03-06 hood also. The functionality of the 08 hood is why I am still struggling with it.

Nice pics (and car :) )
Fellow D90 owner here too. I love that camera, picked it up in Tokyo earlier this year and I must have tried every SLR sold in Japan. Best value for money, great weight & feel, nice resolution, features, screen etc..

You'll be amazed when you take it to a race. Set it on continuous shooting, and pick a car coming towards you, start shooting and pan (follow the car while still shooting). Awesome results.
