Vipers, Moving, Growing Pains.....

Hi Everyone,

Sorry if I've been hard to reach or not on the board so much lately. We've been in the process of locating a new facility, home and more personnel for the shop farther south, out of the city. We finished moving our home yesterday (we were homeless for about 5 days due to closing delays, and delays, and delays) and are going to finalize the deal on the new shop building tomorrow.
The new shop (unless something falls through) has it's own test track facility with 1 mile straight (250 feet wide) and giant circular areas. One of the other tenants in the complex is TRW and they use it for testing. I'm supposed to meet with them at lunch tomorrow and will take a Viper to run.
As we're going through these growing pains, please be patient if you're trying to reach me. If I'm not immediately available, please leave a message and I will contact you ASAP, or speak with Dave at extension 3, #. We've got about 320 hours of work each week and have not had enough people or space to handle it all as quickly as we would like (immediately).

Update.....

Everything is in place for us to move to our new facility in about 3 weeks. The new building and grounds are going to be very nice and the track access is directly across the street. You can do .4 mile pulls on the section we will use the most and the longest straight is 1 mile.

It will be invaluable for product testing and development. Our dyno pulls are usually about 5 seconds, where we will be able to stay in it for two or three times that on the track. Engine tuning, brake testing, suspension testing, cooling, acceleration tests, etc, etc.... I can hardly wait

We'll also have enough room to hire in more people. We already have a few lined up. This will give me the time needed to get back to development and testing. I have a LOT of BIG, NEAT projects sitting around here that I don't have time right now for, such as the intercooler, Capacitive Discharge Ignition System, VEC2 with individual cylinder fuel control, Gen 1 Supercharger, Gen 3 Supercharger, etc., etc.. I'm really looking forward to getting back into that full time again.

For those who may want to fly in and visit, I will post the information on our website for the complex's private runway. There's also a golf course and restaurant to use while your Viper is being modified
Did I mention that I'm really looking forward to this?

PS, yes Jeff, it is a long way from Spenard David where I had to live on my savings and $25 a week because I was using all my work to pay for racing. Glad I did it when I did.
